FREMANTLE BEACH ACCOMMODATION (ABN: 97 716 172 113) is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your booking and to contact you in relation to your booking.
Standard Terms & Conditions
- To secure a booking a 30% deposit is required. Dates are secured on a “first in with deposit” basis. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Final payment – Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it
- Credit Card Payments appear on bank statements as FREMANTLE BEACH ACCOMMODATION. Our ABN is : 97 716 172 113
- Customer Service Policy: Booking Confirmation e-mails are sent within 1 business day of deposit payment.
- Cancellations / Refunds if caused by the client. Money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let, then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Transaction Currency AUD: All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
- Security Policy: When paying online your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. - Exessive Noise – Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
- Check in time is normally 1400 ( 2pm )
- Check-out time is normally 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
- Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE. An ashtray is provided outside for smokers.
- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed by e-mail.
- Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

- Bookings; We have a few properties and many people make enquiries. To try and be as fair as possible we operate a first come, first serve system. We do not hold dates for you when you enquire about a property. It is your responsibility to reply quickly to confirm a booking to ensure the dates you want are still available.
- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with in advance.
- THIS PROPERTY IS NOT A PARTY VENUE! Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED – and will result in immediate termination of rental. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
- Parking is only permitted for 2 cars.
- Check-in time is from 2pm
- Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
- Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, extra cleaning charges at $35 per hour may occur if this is not respected.
- Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and WILL result in immediate termination of rental – regardless of the time.
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
- Bond – this may be applicable.
- Linen is supplied – unless otherwise arranged.
- Smoking NOT permitted inside the properties.
- No Pets Allowed
- If cancelled a refund will occur if the property is re-let for the entire time or for the same value; $50 administration fees will apply.
- Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property
