What a great townhouse! A perfect spot for a small family! 5 minutes to the Freo – CBD train line, quick trip to the beach and river, and a shprt walk to a good shopping centre (not forgetting all the great small shops and parks!).Everything you need is there! Owner had provided us with DVDs and toys for kids!Just fabulous!!

We had a great stay at mosman park exec townhouse. Appreciated all the homely touches, especially the toys for our 11 month old. It is well appointed with quality furnishings, linens etc. We have never used the train as much as we did this holiday. Great being so close.All round a great place for our family.

Very comfortable, impeccably clean house close to all ameneties. Supermarkets and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep yet the neighbourhood is very peaceful. Having broadband access included was a great plus. Hope to stay next time I’m in Perth.

This property is well-located walking distance to shops, cafes restaurants and train and bus routes into Perth or Freo. Beaches are also very close. The unit is large and secure and very clean and tidy. It has all the amenities required and our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage kids had plenty of room and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone seeking an alternative to the bland hotel experience.

This place is immaculate! Suits professionnal relocating to Perth, the house is very well equipt and decorated nicely; We did not need a car as the shops and train station were so close.Thank you for presenting a quality home!
