This property was perfect for our needs with our little granddaughter. The location with proximity to groceries, train, river and beach is ideal. The townhouse is well equipped, secure and quiet.

What a great townhouse! A perfect spot for a small family! 5 minutes to the Freo – CBD train line, quick trip to the beach and river, and a shprt walk to a good shopping centre (not forgetting all the great small shops and parks!).Everything you need is there! Owner had provided us with DVDs and toys for kids!Just fabulous!!

This property is well-located walking distance to shops, cafes restaurants and train and bus routes into Perth or Freo. Beaches are also very close. The unit is large and secure and very clean and tidy. It has all the amenities required and our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage kids had plenty of room and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone seeking an alternative to the bland hotel experience.

We stayed at this property when we first emigrated to Perth. It is a lovely house, very modern and spotlessly clean. The pictures on the web are very representative of the house. The location is excellent, being a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the ocean or the river. There is a large supermarket only 2 mins walk away. Melanie, the owner, is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything we possibly needed was provided from kitchen equipment to bedding to children’s toys.We really enjoyed our time at the house and would definitely stay there again.
